"Five song ep's are a godsend: Usually you'll get a band at their raw best, unadorned by pretension or fancy studio gimmickry. Dimmerswitch nails it exactly as such on How Beautiful We Are.
Powerful guitar revved rock and roll delivered in a deep and emotion fueled burst, the three songs here simmer with angst and power while dabbling on the edge of something that's tough to peg. Perhaps Bauhaus man Peter Murphy fronting a rock combo without any synthesized assistance and less pretension may be the best description, but that doesn't really do it justice entirely.
The songs are snap written and the performances are admirably assured. Here's hoping that this band doesn't gussy it up too much when their time behind the knobs comes."
